Policy in the Field of Quality

The main purpose in the field of quality of activity of certification body is confirmation of conformity of production, on the basis of a guarantee of high quality of the carried-out works providing objectivity, reliability and impartiality of the made decisions at an assessment of compliance of production to the declared requirements.

The certification body sets the following tasks in the field of quality:

– recognition of the CB as a competent and independent certification body in the approved field of accreditation;

– compliance with the requirements for accredited persons and the adopted quality management system;

– achievement of a high level of organization of work during the confirmation of product compliance;

– high quality of interaction with applicants and other organizations, analysis of customer satisfaction with the quality of CB;

– response to complaints;

– move the center of gravity on the prevention of problems rather than their detection and elimination after the occurrence;

– guarantee of independence, risk analysis to ensure impartiality during the work;

– continuous professional development of personnel involved in certification works;

– continuous improvement of the quality management system.

To achieve the goals and objectives in the field of quality management certification body undertakes the following obligations:

– strictly comply with the established requirements for accredited persons;

– to carry out activities in a non-discriminatory manner;

– to explain to all employees the goals and objectives of the certification body in the field of quality assurance of works on conformity assessment;

– to promote continuous professional development of personnel, strictly guided by professional ethics;

– familiarize all employees of the authority with the quality Manual and be guided in their activities by the quality Manual and the established policy.

To implement the established quality policy, the Management of the certification Body imposes the following requirements on employees:

– get acquainted with the quality Policy, documents of the quality management system and be guided by them in their activities at all places of work.

Full responsibility for implementation of the policy in the quality manual CB imposes on himself.
