Policies to maintain and ensure impartiality

The certification body (CB) is independent in technical, financial and legal terms from customers or other parties interested in the results of product certification.

The certification process, as well as the execution of documents based on their results, is organized in such a way as to exclude the possibility of exerting commercial, financial, administrative or any other pressure on the staff that can affect decisionmaking during the work.

The organizational structure provides for the performance of functions as a certification body. The certification body has a staff of competent specialists that allows you to perform certification work in accordance with the approved area of accreditation.

The possibility of influence on the certification body’s employees by the customer to change the results of certification work is excluded. An employee who has been subjected to unlawful pressure must report this to management.

The certification body in its work follows the principles that ensure confidence in it, which include:

– impartiality;

– competence;

– responsibility;

– openness;

– privacy;

– responding to complaints.

The policy of assurance and impartiality is to prevent and minimize the potential source of threats.

The General management of the work, the terms of the work performed, and the decision on certification in the CB is carried out by a manager appointed by the president. Employees of the certification body are subject to internal organizational and administrative documents of the organization that regulate issues of labor discipline, instructions and orders of the management concerning the economic and production activities of the organization.

The certification body is not an official representative of organizations interested in certification work, nor does it offer or provide consulting services to applicants.

The certification body recognizes and fulfills all the requirements established by ISO/IEC 17065.
