Rights and obligations of applicants related to the implementation of certification works

The applicant has the right to:
• select the certification module;
• to file complaints and appeals against the actions and decisions of the certification body;
• be aware of the progress and results of certification of the claimed products.
The applicant must:
• submit to the certification body the information, documents, and powers necessary to fulfill its obligations to certify products;
• comply with the terms and conditions of certification;
• ensure the implementation of all mandatory procedures for certification (provide access to experts for production for audit, sampling of products for testing, etc.);
• ensure the stability of indicators (characteristics) of products that are confirmed by a certificate of compliance with the requirements of regulatory documents;
• to put into circulation products subject to certification only after certification has been carried out;
• specify information about the certificate in the accompanying and/or operational documentation;
• to submit to the authorized bodies, as well as to other interested persons, documents certifying the certification of products to the established requirements;
• suspend or terminate the sale of products if the validity period of the certificate has expired, or their validity has been suspended or terminated, or at the request of state control (supervision) bodies;
• notify the certification body of all changes made to the technical documentation or technological processes of the production of products, the conformity of which is confirmed, if these changes affect safety;
• keep records of all complaints (claims) for products that have passed the certification procedure and notify the certification body in writing about them, take measures according to the decision of the certification body to identify and identify dangerous products;
• pay all costs incurred as a result of the need to dispose of product samples selected for testing.
