The policy of ensuring and maintaining impartiality

The certification body SIA “CE-Test” guarantees the conduct of product certification work impartially, is responsible for the impartiality of its activities and does not allow the presence of any compromising commercial, financial or other factors.

The certification body SIA “CE-Test” in its work adheres to the principles that ensure its credibility, which include:
– impartiality;
– competence;
– responsibility;
– openness;
– confidentiality;
– responding to complaints.

The certification body is an independent party in technical, financial and legal terms from customers or other parties interested in the results of product certification.
The certification process, as well as the preparation of documents based on their results, is organized in such a way as to exclude the possibility of commercial, financial, administrative or any other pressure on personnel that can influence decision-making during certification work.
The organizational structure ensures the performance of functions as a certification body. The OS has a staff of competent specialists who allow you to perform certification work in accordance with the scope of accreditation.
The possibility of influencing CB employees from customers in order to change the results of certification work is excluded. An employee who has been subjected to illegal pressure is obliged to inform the Head of the CB about this.
The advance payment of the certification agreement is considered by the certification body as one of the elements of the system to ensure the independence and impartiality of the CB activities.
The policy of ensuring and impartiality is to prevent and minimize the potential source of threats.
The general management of certification work, deadlines for completion of work, and decision-making on certification in the CB is carried out by the Head of the CB, appointed by the General Director. The employees of the CB are subject to the internal organizational and administrative documents of the organization regulating issues of labor discipline, instructions and orders of the management concerning the economic and production activities of the organization.
The mechanism for ensuring impartiality is the organization of the work of the Committee to Ensure Impartiality.
The CB is not an official representative of organizations interested in certification work, nor does it offer or provide consulting services to applicants.
The CB ensures equal access to certification services for all interested parties, and there are no differences in financial, procedural or other requirements and conditions.
The CB recognizes and fulfills all the requirements established by ISO/IEC 17065.
The head of the CB is aware of the importance of impartiality in the implementation of the CB activities, is fully responsible for the implementation of this Policy, undertakes not to influence the results of the CB activities and ensure the objectivity of the CB work in accordance with the established requirements.
